Welcome to our new site. We founded The Tree Company on the premise that customers want fair value, trusted advice and professional arborist service delivered by people that care about their job. Chris Herold & I, Bill Harwood, have over 30 years of experience managing  successful tree companies and we are very excited to begin filling this site with helpful advice.

Your trees are beautiful and an important part of the ecosystem that need to be handled with care and expertise. Tree pruning, plant healthcare, tree planting and tree removal are services that should be delivered by licensed arborists that have the training, experience and a genuine love for what they do. We are dedicated to the health, preservation and safety of your trees and property.

Hurricane Sandy devastated our state, and it’s important to keep in mind that it tree removal can be very dangerous without the proper training or equipment. Our next post will be some helpful hints for safely dealing with tree damage, and some advice on when to call in an expert. Be safe.
